・This add-on applies when you would like additional facial expressions to be created in addition to the default one.
・The price will increase with each additional variation.

JuBaKo's Terms of Service

◆GENERAL

・Clients must be 18 years of age or older to request a commission.
・By submitting a request, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms of Use.
・I will send a proposal to those who have commissioned me within a week.
・If your order is placed on the waitlist, an invoice will be sent at the beginning of the following month. Production will begin immediately once payment has been confirmed.
・Please note that depending on the content of the request, I may determine it cannot be produced and decline the commission.
・The artist reserves the right to refuse commission requests and is not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.
・Prices are subject to increase in the future.
・As part of my promotional efforts, I occasionally post VTuber fan art on Twitter. Thank you for your understanding.  Please rest assured that all commissioned works will be delivered before the deadline.

◆PAYMENTS

・Full payment in advance (via PayPal) is required.
・If you prefer to pay in installments, please place your order through VGen, as installment payments are only available via that platform.
・Please note that if payment is not completed, the request will be canceled.

◆REVISIONS

・Revisions are allowed up to a maximum of two times at any stage of production.
・If you wish to request more than three revisions, additional fees will apply.
・Major changes during the finalization stage (e.g., significant alterations to poses or designs that deviate substantially from the original request) cannot be accommodated.
・Even at the monochrome sketch stage, complete redraws of the work are not possible.
・If the commission request lacks specific or detailed instructions, the creator will produce the work based on their own interpretation.
・It is recommended to provide as much detail as possible when submitting your commission request.

◆DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

・Production requires a significant amount of time.

[Standard Production] ... Approximately 4-6 weeks
[If layer separation for animation is required]... An additional 2-3 weeks on top of standard production
*Timing may vary depending on the level of detail.

・If there are delays due to urgent circumstances, you will be notified immediately.
・If there is a request for urgent production, that will be prioritized.

◆USE

・All completed works are strictly limited to personal use.
・Distribution or duplication of the works is prohibited.
・You may not transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the rights to use or modify the works to any third party.
・Editing or altering the works is not permitted.
・When using the works, credit must be given to "JuBaKo"
・For commercial use, such as selling goods featuring the works, an additional fee will apply.

◆INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

・The copyright of this work belongs to JuBaKo.
・Completed works may be used in the future for portfolios, samples, or other public showcases of my work.
・My works may not be used for NFTs or AI training purposes.

◆REFUNDS

・Once production has begun after payment confirmation, refunds are generally not available.
・If you wish to cancel before production starts, a full refund will be issued.
・In the unlikely event that the production is canceled due to the artist’s circumstances, a refund will be provided based on the progress completed.

・Please note that any payment processing fees are not included in the refunded amount.

◆一般事項

・ご依頼するにはお客様自身が18歳以上である必要があります。
・リクエストを提出すると、利用規約に記載されている条件に同意したことになります。
・ご連絡いただいた方には、1週間以内にご返信いたします。
・キャンセル待ちの場合、翌月上旬にご請求させていただき、入金確認次第、制作を開始いたします。
・依頼内容により制作不可と判断した場合、ご依頼をお断りさせていただく事がございますので予めご了承ください。
・ アーティストはコミッションの依頼を拒否する権利を有しており、その理由提示する義務を負わないものとします。
・価格は将来値上げする場合があります。
・プロモーションの一環として、VTuberのファンアートをTwitterに投稿することがあります。ご了承ください。
依頼された作品は期日までに納品いたしますのでご安心ください。

◆お支払い

・全額前払い（Paypal）をお願いしております。
・分割払いをご希望の場合はVgen経由での依頼に限り対応しておりますので、そちらからご依頼をお願いいたします。
・お支払いが完了しない場合、ご依頼はキャンセルとなりますのでご了承ください。

◆修正について

・各工程で最大2回まで修正可能です。
・3回目以降の修正には追加料金が発生します。
・仕上げ段階に入った後の大幅な修正（ポーズやデザインの大幅な変更など）は対応できません。
・白黒ラフの段階でも全て描き直すことはできません。
・リクエスト時に具体的な指定がない場合や抽象的な指示のみの場合、制作者の解釈で制作を進めます。
・できるだけ詳細な指定をリクエスト時にご記入ください。

◆納期と納品

・制作には時間を要します。

【通常制作】…4～6週間
【アニメーション用のレイヤー分けが必要な場合】…通常制作より+2～3週間
※作業量により変動する場合があります。

・緊急の事情により遅れが生じる場合は、速やかにご連絡いたします。
・緊急案件がある場合は、そちらを優先することがあります。

◆使用許諾

・完成品はすべて個人使用のみとします。
・配布や複製は禁止です。
・制作物の使用権や改変権を第三者に譲渡・転売することはできません。
・作品への加筆・修正は一切禁止です。
・制作物を使用する際は、必ずクレジット（JuBaKo）を表記してください。
・グッズ販売などの商業利用には別途料金が発生します。

◆知的財産権

・本作品の著作権はJuBaKoに帰属します。
・完成作品は、ポートフォリオやサンプル、実績公開のために使用させていただく場合があります。
・NFTやAI学習への使用は一切許可しません。

◆払い戻し

・お支払い後、制作が開始された場合、基本的に返金はできません。
・制作開始前にキャンセルされる場合、全額返金いたします。
・制作者側の都合でキャンセルとなった場合、制作進行度に応じた返金を行います。

・返金の際、決済手数料は返金額に含まれませんのでご了承ください。
